Do I need to audition to join the Worship Team?
Yes, we do ask potential worship team members to go through a simple audition process. This helps us get to know your gifts, your heart for worship, and how we can best serve together. It's a welcoming and encouraging environment, and we'd love to hear from you! Contact our worship team leader to schedule a time.
What if I'm not a professional musician or singer?
You don't have to be a professional! We're looking for people who have a heart for worship and a desire to use their gifts to lead others into God's presence. If you have musical ability and a passion for pointing people to Jesus, we'd love to have you be part of the team.
How often does the Worship Team practice?
The worship team typically rehearses once a week(Thursday Night) before Sunday services, with additional rehearsals scheduled for special events. We understand that life gets busy, so we work to create a schedule that allows you to serve consistently while balancing other commitments.
What does the Creative Team do?
The Creative Team uses diverse art forms including photo, video, graphic design, and storytelling to engage and inspire people in their faith journey. Whether it's creating visual content for services, capturing moments through photography, or developing media for online and in-person gatherings, the creative team helps communicate the gospel in compelling and meaningful ways.
Do I need professional creative experience to join the Creative Team?
Not necessarily! While some experience is helpful, we're more interested in your passion for using creativity to lead people to Jesus. If you have skills in photography, videography, graphic design, or storytelling and want to grow in your craft while serving the church, we'd love to connect with you.
How can I get involved with the Worship or Creative Teams?
Getting involved is simple! Reach out to our worship or creative team leaders through the church office, and we'll connect you with the right people. Whether you want to serve on stage, behind the camera, or in post-production, there's a place for you to use your gifts at Brookside.
What is the time commitment for serving on these teams?
Time commitments vary depending on the role and season, but we work hard to be respectful of your schedule. Whether you can serve weekly or once a month, we'll find a way for you to use your gifts in a way that fits your life.

Our worship team is made up of musicians and vocalists who desire to create a distraction-free atmosphere that guides individuals into a life-changing encounter with Jesus.
Technology & Production
The technology and production teams foster distraction-free environments for the community of Brookside to encounter the presence of God through live production, broadcast, and post-production for weekend gatherings and special events.
